The CT51-CH03 is an amplifier bypass wiring harness for use in a variety of Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles (for full model list please view Product Applications). This lead allows you to simply wire and install an aftermarket radio into specific vehicles. The lead helps establish a connection to the radios pre-existing speakers whilst bypassing the cars original amplifier. This harness also includes built-in crossovers.

When connected your new stereo may not power up, and this is no fault of the wiring harness purchased.
Audi / VW / Skoda / Fiat and other vehicles tend not to have an ignition switched live feed.
In these cases it is necessary to manually connect a spurred live feed from fuse box for example to feed switched power so the new stereo turns on and off with the key.
The wire in particular on the new wiring harness will be the red wire.
