We will need to know the make , model , year of your vehicle and the model number of the original stereo currently installed. We ship worldwide by either Royal Mail for small parcels and larger items are shipped by UPS.
How much is postage to my country?
Shipping depends on the item purchased. Goods dispatched by UPS are in prices quoted upto a total weight of 1Kg. Please contact us directly for the precise shipping to your country. Goods dispatched by Royal Mail parcels will be a stated in our advertisement. PLEASE NOTE GOODS DISPATCHED TO MALTA AND CYPRUS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £15.00
Goods sent by Royal mail 1st class post are not tracked. All goods sent by recorded delivery 1st class post are tracked. Goods sent by city link are also tracked.

All goods purchased before 3pm will be despatched the same day once cleared funds have been received. Goods are dispatched on business working days only and will be delivered on business days. Goods are not dispatched on weekends or public bank holidays.
Where is my item?
Goods are dispatched the same day the email confirmation is sent to you. The method of shipping you have chosen will determine how the item was shipped. We will not be held responsible for any delays by either Royal Mail or City link couriers for delays outside our control.
I wasn`t home where is my parcel?
Generally either Royal Mail or City Link will leave notification of attempted delivery. If you do not receive any delivery attempt notes please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for your tracking details. This only applies to Royal Mail Recorded and Courier deliveries.
Royal Mail 1st Class post deliveries?
Goods dispatched by standard 1st class post can take 3-5 working days to arrive. In most cases goods should arrive within 3 days. If goods have not arrived within 10 working days please contact us at email@example.com
How do i pay for my purchase ?
All goods purchased will need to be paid for in full prior to dispatch . You can pay using Paypal, Google Checkout or debit/credit card, Maestro, Solo and MasterCard. Customers in the UK can also call on 0208875 2525 and pay by card over the phone.
Unwanted / incorrectly purchased goods?

What Happens if my purchase is Faulty?
You must inform us within 7 working days upon delivery of any faulty or defective items describing any problems which might be experiencing. Many problems are wiring or resetting problems which can be sorted by telephoning us and seeking advice. However if a product is faulty, we would advise you to contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number prior to returning any faulty items. All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months. Your goods will be repaired by an appointed repair centre by the manufacturer. Should the product develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months of your date of purchase please send the item back to us with the original receipt and all contact details including the fault. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Why is the product on the website if it is out of stock?
Due to the large number of orders placed on our website, some items may not be available in stock. Please contact us and we will advise you on when we expect the item to come in, or subsequently, we can advise you of a similar suitable product.
I ordered today, when can I expect delivery?
Your order is dispatched same day for Next day delivery. At Dynamic Sounds, we carry 99% of our products in stock, and for all purchases, we endeavour to have your product delivered to you within 24hours (if order is placed before 3 pm). The courier will require a signature on delivery so please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
What is the product/purchase guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our priority, and all products bought online with us are backed with a 12 month direct Manufacturers Warranty.
Please note, the manufacturers will be unable to assist if the item has been blown due to incorrect installation, or if it has been physically damaged.

We can! At Dynamic Sounds Ltd, we can also provide you with a professional installation service at a very reasonable rate. The product will be installed in your vehicle at our installations centre based in London. A trained member of the installations team can provide a tailored install according to your very needs.
