UK Royal Mail parcels delivery delayed amid coronavirus outbreak
Delivery Times for most of our shipments appear to be unaffected. Please note some areas may experience delays based on local royal mail offices and conditions due to covid-19.
Although many packages are still arriving on a normal delivery timetable, there is potential that Local and international packages may be delayed in transit.
We can no longer offer timed delivery or Saturday delivery. Even the next working day and the 2 days tracked service may be delayed.
Recent package delays have largely been minor. Most delays we have seen have slowed delivery speed by 3-4 days, with some delays stretching up to 10 days.
Please note that as the covid-19 situation develops, local and international delivery speed and availability is variable and subject to change quickly. As part of covid-19 prevention measures, some countries have limited available shipping options or have halted inbound shipping altogether. Please bear this in mind when ordering from the Dynamic Sounds website as we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays which are outside our control.
Our exact delivery charges depend on the weight, number and combination of items ordered. Delivery charges are shown when you Checkout to complete your order.
All product listings include a stock status indicator. Products listed will usually ship the same day (for orders placed before 3pm on a working day) or the next working day (for orders placed after 3pm, or on a non-working day). If for any reason we are unable to ship the item from stock, we will notify the fact by email, along with an anticipated shipping date, before the end of the day (or next working day for orders placed after 3pm, or outside of our normal office hours).
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be dispatched on Monday. You will receive a dispatch notice when the order is processed on Saturday but the goods will be dispatched on Monday.
Free Delivery Service (UK Only)
The service we use is Royal Mail 48 or DPD courier service which takes 2-3 business days for delivery. The service we use depends on the products you have purchased. You will be emailed a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. Unless it's stipulated in the advert itself the delivery service provided.
Next Working Day Delivery
Next Working Day deliveries (priced at £9.99) are sent via DPD courier or Royal Mail delivery service which is normally next WORKING day between the hours of 9-6pm. Two attempts will be made by the courier to delivery the parcel. If unsuccessful the item will be returned to us and re-delivery charge will be incurred. Delivery to some areas may however take longer, especially to northern Scotland and rural areas. We are unable to accept any liability for costs or inconvenience incurred as a result of delayed standard deliveries.
To assist customers who work during the week, we are also able to offer Saturday deliveries. These are sent by DPD courier company. However, in our experience, virtually all orders despatched in this manner on a Friday do arrive on a Saturday. In the event that the order should not arrive on a Saturday, we cannot accept any liability for either cost of carriage or loss or inconvenience incurred as a result of the delay. The parcel will however be left at the nearest Post depot, and held for collection for 7 days. This will normally allow easy collection the following Saturday where necessary. Please contact us for this service as there is an additional charge applicable.
We use UPS (Large Orders) for international deliveries and Royalmail (Smaller Orders) for accessories. Depending on destination this can take upto 3-10 working days. We cannot be held responsible if there is a delay in the delivery to your destination. International delivery charges are quoted on parcels upto 1kg. Shipping charges stated on the website are only quoted for EU countries with exception to all orders being dispatched to Malta, Cyprus, and Norway will incur an additional shipping charge depending on weight and volume of the order.

PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : IN SOME CASES WE MAY REQUEST ADDITIONAL IDENTIFICATION.
For security reasons, we currently deliver only to the cardholder's home address, as held on record by the card issuer. Where this is impractical, we can also deliver to your work address but you will need to send us fax authorisation on a company letterhead authorising us to send the goods to your work address.
Small items are normally despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Larger items are sent by courier, and will require signing for on delivery.
Delivery Status Information
Once your order is despatched, if it has been sent by courier / UPS and is being delivered to a UK mainland address / international , you can contact us and we will send you a parcel number which you can then use to track the delivery.
No liability will be accepted for incidental or consequential losses suffered as a result of delays in delivery.
