This Pioneer steering wheel control interface is designed for selected Iveco Daily 2019-2025 vehicles with an open dashboard, factory radio preparation or an original DAB radio.

When installing a compatible Pioneer aftermarket stereo, the interface allows supported factory steering-wheel controls to continue operating where fitted. It also provides speed-pulse, parking-brake and reverse-gear outputs.
The complete harness is supplied with an antenna adapter and a start-stop voltage stabiliser, helping provide the essential radio and power connections required for a compatible installation.

Retained Steering-Wheel Functions

Where the vehicle is equipped with the corresponding factory buttons, the interface supports:

• Volume up and down
• Mute
• Seek or track forward
• Seek or track back
• Source selection
• Accept incoming telephone calls
• Speech or voice-control button

Available functions depend on the vehicle specification and compatible Pioneer stereo being installed.

Vehicle Signal Outputs

• Pink wire: speed-pulse output
• Green wire: parking-brake output
• Violet and white wire: reverse-gear output

These signals may be required for supported navigation, reversing-camera and multimedia functions.

Antenna Adapter

An antenna adapter is included with the interface harness. It converts the compatible original vehicle antenna connection for use with the replacement Pioneer stereo.

Radio reception depends on the condition and specification of the vehicle's original antenna system.

Start-Stop Voltage Stabiliser

The supplied start-stop voltage stabiliser is designed to help maintain a stable supply to the aftermarket stereo when the vehicle's start-stop system switches the engine off and restarts it.

This helps reduce unwanted stereo interruption during normal start-stop operation when the harness is installed correctly.

Installation Information

Connect the steering-wheel remote jack to the compatible Pioneer's wired-remote input. It must not be connected to the stereo's auxiliary audio input.

• Connection sequence: The steering-wheel remote jack must be connected before the vehicle-side connectors are plugged in.

The harness must be configured to match the vehicle's original radio and steering-wheel control arrangement. Professional installation is recommended.
