Fascia Adaptor

This adaptor will convert the non din-sized aperture left after removing the factory stereo to a din size ready for head unit installation. The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior.

Replacement audio fascia to enable you to change the original radio in the vehicle to a Double DIN aftermarket version

The fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio.

This fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel. This replaces the need for a fitting cage and gives a flush professional appearance to the installation. 

Steering Control Adaptor

A stalk/steering wheel control adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit. 

Steering wheel control interface and adapter cable for Nissan Navara D40, NV200, Pathfinder, Patrol and Qashqai cars to fit an aftermarket radio upgrade.

The cable adapts from the 20 pin Nissan connector (the connector has a larger size terminal at either end of the connector) in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable.

The steering wheel control interface is built in to the adapter cable. This interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio. The interface will work the volume, track skip, source and phone buttons. (6 function steering wheels)

This interface fits cars with the newer 20 way car audio connector that has two larger size terminals at either end of the connector. These radios will also have an additional smaller connector, this is used for CD changer and navigation audio. It is not used when changing the head unit.

Installation notes

• Connect male ISO(S) of the steering wheel control interface to the female ISO(S) of the aftermarket radio lead/head unit
• Loose black wire - Connect the radio ground earth ring to the vehicles chassis ground
• Loose pink wire - Connect the pink wire to the speed pulse connector on the aftermarket radio (Not all radios have this, please check manufacturers instructions)
• Loose blue wire (Amplifier turn-on) - This is only required on amplified systems such as BOSE.
• Loose blue wire (Antenna turn-on) - This needs to be connected to the antenna turn on cable on the antenna adapter cable

Camera Retention Interface

Retention camera interface allowing you to retain/ keep the factory OEM fitted reverse view camera on select Nissan car models, when replacing with a new aftermarket head unit.

This interface is compatible with various Nissan car models with an original factory fitted Navigation head unit with a 24pin connection.

Installation notes

• Connect the Yellow RCA connector of the camera interface to the camera input connection on the back of the aftermarket head unit.
• Connect the vehicle specific connector (24 Pin) to the cars original wiring harness. 
• Connect the loop on the Black wire of the camera interface to a chassis ground on the vehicle.
• Connect the Purple wire on the camera interface to the new aftermarket head units reverse signal wire. (Please refer to manufacturers instructions)

USB Retention Cable

Cable to retain the use of the original USB port when replacing the original head unit

Allows you to maintain the cars existing USB socket and use it with a new aftermarket head-unit.

Aerial Adaptor

An Aerial Adaptor is needed when replacing the original factory fitted head unit with an aftermarket head unit. 

Nissan (grey rectangle female antenna to male DIN connection) car aerial antenna adapter cable.

This cable adapts from the grey plastic rectangle Nissan antenna connector in the car to a standard aftermarket male DIN connector, used when fitting a new aftermarket stereo.

The loose blue wire (male bullet) on the adapter needs to be connected to the antenna turn on output from the new radio, this turns on the original antenna amplifier in the car.

User Note: Backgrounds

• Your IE268E head unit utilises a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) panel to display clear, crisp images in a variety of lighting conditions.
• Your IE268E unit is optimised to provide the highest quality image in a variety of use cases, but you should be aware that specific contrast ratios and backgrounds can cause temporary image retention.
• When customising your background, avoid images that include high contrast static patterns; these images can cause temporary image retention in LCD panels through repeated use.
• Retained images should vanish within 10-40 minutes of regular operation. If you see from your custom background, we strongly suggest you choose another option, or use one of the included IE268E background options.
