Installation Note

Some dashboard modifications are required behind the dashboard. These include cutting the centre bar and removing the 8 plastic tongues behind the factory radio (Please see below image)

Steering Wheel Control and Parking Sensor Retention Interface

CANbus steering wheel control and parking sensor retention interface for Citroen and Peugeot cars with quadlock connectors behind the radio.

This interface uses quadlock connections behind the original radio to allow the use of the original steering wheel control buttons with a new aftermarket head-unit. It also provides CANbus outputs as well as Ignition, speed pulse and reverse gear signals to the new stereo.

It has an additional BUZZER to retain the original front and rear parking sensor tones that are lost when replacing the original radio. This interface will also allow you to access the Settings menu on the cars screen menu to change time and date.

PLEASE NOTE: This interface comes with a universal patch lead which can be used with Alpine, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Pioneer, JVC, Kenwood, Sony, Zenec or resistive programming Head-units.

Fakra to Male Din Aerial Antenna with 12v Power

This cable converts the original antenna connector in the car, known as a Fakra connector, to a standard aftermarket antenna connector, known as a DIN connector.

The adapter cable has a built in module which provides a phantom power feed to the original antenna in the car.

A phantom power feed is a 12v power supply that is sent up the centre wire of the antenna cable, this powers the amplifier built into the original antenna. The antenna adapter cable has a loose wire which needs to be connected to the 12v antenna power output of the new aftermarket stereo.

Important Fascia: 

• The fascias are made to suit industry standard sized stereos such as Alpine, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony etc, NOT INCLUDING China units or unbranded units. 
• China units have a reputation to be over sized and may require modification to the fascia to allow it to fit.
• We do not take any responsibility for China units not fitting as they are not industry standard size.
