This complete Double Din Radio Replacement Kit by Connects2. CTKMZ05, allows the fitment of a Double DIN aftermarket headunit to the selected vehicle. The kit includes everything you need to complete the installation including fascia, steering stalk controls, and aerial connections.

Fascia Adaptor

Replacement car audio fascia to enable you to change the original radio in the car to a Double DIN aftermarket version This fascia adapter allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the cars dashboard by matching the shape, style, size and colour of the original OEM factory fitted radio.

This fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel.

Some car information features are lost when you remove the original radio.

Manual Climate Control Vehicles (2004-2009) and Automatic Climate Control Vehicles (2004-2005)
Replacing the factory radio on these models means that you will lose the driver information centre located above the radio. This includes the time and temperature display. You will need to mount the display replacement pocket included with this fascia to the back of the display trim panel to blank this.

Automatic Climate Control Vehicles (2006-2009)
Replacing the factory radio on these models means that you will lose the time but keep the temperature display on the driver information centre located above the radio. You will need to attach the display retention brackets included with this fascia to the to the display and mount the display into the sub-dash.

Steering Wheel Interface

A stalk/steering wheel control adaptor allows you to upgrade to an aftermarket head unit whilst maintaining use of your factory steering wheel controls or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel.

CTMULTILEAD.2 Universal Patch Lead

Patch Lead connects a compatible car stereo with a joystick input (blue line-in mini-jack) or wire input on the back of the unit to the existing stalk/steering wheel controls of the vehicle.

Important Patch lead: 

• You can simply cut the loops / wires to select which brand you are fitting.
• Supplied with instruction sheet
• China Branded Headunit, please make sure your unit has 3 wires for connecting the patch lead to the car stereo that you are installing.

Important Fascia: 

• The fascias are made to suit industry standard sized stereos such as Alpine, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony etc, NOT INCLUDING China units or unbranded units. 
• China units have a reputation to be over sized and may require modification to the fascia to allow it to fit.
• We do not take any responsibility for China units not fitting as they are not industry standard size.
