"description": "This reverse camera retention interface is designed for select Toyota and Scion vehicles fitted with the factory Toyota Touch system and the original 24 pin camera connection. It allows the factory reverse camera to continue working when the original radio is replaced with an aftermarket car stereo or head unit, helping preserve an important factory feature during a stereo upgrade.\nDesigned for cleaner aftermarket head unit installations, this interface is ideal for drivers and installers who want to keep the original reversing camera rather than replacing it with an aftermarket camera. It is especially useful in Toyota Touch-equipped vehicles where the factory camera is integrated into the original radio system and would otherwise be lost during the upgrade.\nPLEASE NOTE: This interface must be used with one of our InCarTec steering wheel control solutions that includes a reverse gear output to trigger the camera view correctly.\n{ vehicle_compatibility }\nKey Features\nReverse camera retention interface for aftermarket stereo upgrades\nDesigned for vehicles with factory fitted Toyota Touch systems\nSuitable for vehicles with factory 24 pin camera connection\nRetains the original factory reverse camera\nAllows use of the OEM camera with an aftermarket head unit\nDesigned for select Toyota and Scion applications\nIdeal for professional installers and advanced stereo upgrades\nMust be used with a compatible InCarTec steering wheel control interface with reverse gear output\nCompatibility\nSuitable for select Toyota and Scion vehicles with factory fitted Toyota Touch systems and the original 24 pin camera connection\nImportant Notes\nOnly suitable for vehicles with factory fitted Toyota Touch systems\nOnly suitable for vehicles with the factory 24 pin camera connection\nDesigned to retain the original factory reverse camera when fitting an aftermarket radio\nMust be used with a compatible InCarTec steering wheel control interface that provides a reverse gear output to trigger the camera view\nCheck vehicle specification and connector type before ordering",
