Some vehicles are fitted with original basic single din units or with an open dashboard, these vehicles require different fitting parts.\nTHIS KIT IS SUITABLE FOR REPLACING THE FOLLOWING BASIC ORIGINAL RADIO\nMODIFICATION TO DASH IS REQUIRED TO UPGRADE TO A NEW DOUBLE DIN MEDIA UNIT. THE YELLOW SHADED AREA MUST BE CUT AWAY FOR YOUR NEW UNIT TO FIT\nFascia Adaptor\nThis adaptor will convert the non din-sized aperture left after removing the factory stereo to a din size ready for head unit installation. The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior.\nThis kit comes with side fixing brackets so no cage kit is required.\nSteering Control Adaptor\nA stalk/steering wheel control adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit.\nThis interface uses a larger style connection behind the original radio to allow the use of the original steering wheel control buttons with a new aftermarket head-unit. It also provides CANbus outputs as well as Ignition, speed pulse, reverse, handbrake and illumination signals.\nThis model is universal and can be used with Alpine, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Pioneer, JVC, Kenwood, Sony or Zenec Head-units.\nIt is supplied complete with instructions and a universal patch lead to connect to the steering control input of the above head unit brands\nThis interface is only suitable for vehicles with the larger-style connector behind the radio\nFakra to DIN Antenna Adaptor Cable\nMale Fakra to Male DIN antenna adapter cable. This cable adapts from a Farka antenna connection at the back of the cars original radio to a standard aftermarket DIN antenna connection to allow the fitting of an aftermarket radio upgrade. This is a passive adapter cable, not suitable for cars that need a phantom power supply to turn on the antenna amplifier.\nImportant Fascia Notes\nThe fascias are made to suit industry standard sized stereos such as Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, JVC etc, NOT INCLUDING China units or unbranded units.\nChina units have a reputation to be over sized and may require modification to the fascia to allow it to fit.\nWe do not take any responsibility for China units not fitting as they are not industry standard size.\nCar Audio Fitting Accessories are sold with limited instructions.
