The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior.\nThis fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel.\nSteering Control Adaptor\nA stalk/steering wheel control adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit.\nSteering wheel control interface and camera adapter cable Subaru Forester (2008 - 2012) with original Kenwood Navigation head unit.\nThe interface and radio adapter cable, it is used to connect an aftermarket stereo upgrade and retain the use of the volume, track skip, source and phone buttons from the steering wheel with the new radio.\nThe cable also provides a speed pulse (for GPS) reverse output (for reverse camera) and handbrake output signal to the new stereo. The interface includes retention for the original reverse camera, and includes a 12v-6v voltage dropper, already hard wired.\nThe cable adapts from the connectors in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable.\nThe steering wheel control interface is built in to the adapter cable.\nThe interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio. The interface will work the volume, track skip, source and phone buttons.\nAerial Adaptor\nAn Aerial Adaptor is needed when replacing the original factory fitted head unit with an aftermarket head unit.\nSubaru radio antenna cable adapter for converting the original car cable to use with aftermarket head units. This cable converts the car radios existing aerial plug to an aftermarket DIN type used by most car radio manufacturers.\nUniversal Patch Lead\nUniversal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 29- series steering wheel control interfaces. This cable plugs into the 29-Series control box and connects to the 3.5mm socket or single wire on the back of the new head-unit.\nSuitable for Use with Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, Zenec, Philips, Dynavin and non branded Chinese head units.\nImportant Fascia Notes\nThe fascias are made to suit industry standard sized stereos such as Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, JVC etc, NOT INCLUDING China units or unbranded units.\nChina units have a reputation to be over sized and may require modification to the fascia to allow it to fit.\nWe do not take any responsibility for China units not fitting as they are not industry standard size.\nOnly suitable for OEM Kenwood factory fitted navigation units\nCar Audio Fitting Accessories are sold with limited instructions.
