"description": "Complete fitting kit to install a double DIN head unit and retain the original steering wheel controls in a BMW 5 series E39 with the round pin connector at the back of the radio.\nNot for vehicles with original navigation or Harman/Kardon audio systems\nPackage Includes\nDouble Din Fascia\nSteering Wheel Control Interface\nFakra to DIN Antenna Adaptor\nUniversal patch lead (Included)\nFascia Adaptor\nThis adaptor will convert the non din-sized aperture left after removing the factory stereo to a din size ready for head unit installation. The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior.\nDouble din black fascia adapter panel with side fixing brackets, no additional cage is required.\nSteering Control Adaptor\nA stalk/steering wheel control adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit.\nincluding the BMW round pin to ISO harness adapter.\nAerial Adaptor\nAn Aerial Adaptor is needed when replacing the original factory fitted head unit with an aftermarket head unit.\nImportant Fascia Notes\nThe fascias are made to suit industry standard sized stereos such as Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, JVC etc, NOT INCLUDING China units or unbranded units.\nChina units have a reputation to be over sized and may require modification to the fascia to allow it to fit.\nWe do not take any responsibility for China units not fitting as they are not industry standard size.\nCar Audio Fitting Accessories are sold with limited instructions. Some knowledge of car audio installation is helpful, as in some rare case \"modification\" is necessary.\nPlease make sure that is the correct Fitting Kit for your vehicle by firstly checking to see if your vehicle make, model and year is listed in the description. Secondly by checking to see if the connection & Shape in the picture listed is the same as you have in your vehicle. If in doubt please email us with your vehicle details and we will confirm what you require.",
