The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior.\nSteering Control Adaptor\nA stalk/steering wheel control adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit.\nCANbus interface to maintain the steering wheel controls. This interface will also adapt from the quadlock connector in the car to standard after market ISO connectors. Provides a CANbus, powered antenna, ignition output, speed pulse, reverse gear signal and hand brake signal. This interface will also allow you to use the car's original steering control buttons to access the original display screen to update the time and date settings.\nAerial Adaptor\nAn Aerial Adaptor is needed when replacing the original factory fitted head unit with an aftermarket head unit.\nThis cable converts the original antenna connector in the car, known as a Fakra connector, to a standard aftermarket antenna connector, known as a DIN connector. The adapter cable has a built in module which provides a phantom power feed to the original antenna in the car. A phantom power feed is a 12v power supply that is sent up the centre wire of the antenna cable, this powers the amplifier built into the original antenna. The antenna adapter cable has a loose wire which needs to be connected to the 12v antenna power output of the new aftermarket stereo.\nStereo Removal Keys\nStereo Removal Keys to remove headunit from the fascia cage. Many OEM manufacturers are incorporating special locking mechanisms into their head units in an attempt to prevent stereo theft. This means that to remove one of these units you will require a manufacturer specific stereo removal key to prevent damage to the head unit or the surrounding fascia and cage.\nTo remove the original radio, you will require radio release keys, part number 52-012\nUNICAN Patch Lead Set\nPatch cable set to connect a UNICAN interface between an after market head unit and the steering wheel controls. Can be used with Alpine, Kenwood, JVC (single wire), Pioneer, Sony and Chinese/Resistive learning head units with either two wires or a 3.5mm jack.\nThis fitting kit comes with a universal patch lead which can be used with Alpine, Kenwood, JVC, Pioneer, Sony and Chinese/ Resistive learning Head-units\nCar Audio Fitting Accessories are sold with limited instructions.
