"description": "Complete stereo upgrade fitting kit to install a Double DIN aftermarket radio and retain the use of the steering wheel audio controls in Subaru Forester (2013 - 2018) car models.\nPackage Includes\nDouble Din Fascia (PIANO BLACK)\nSteering wheel control interface\nAntenna Adaptor\nUniversal patch lead (Included)\nFascia Adaptor\nThis adaptor will convert the non din-sized aperture left after removing the factory stereo to a din size ready for head unit installation. The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior.\nThis facia includes side fixing brackets so no fitting cage is required\n172mm x 98mm\nSteering Control Adaptor\nA stalk/steering wheel control adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit.\nSteering wheel control interface and adapter cable for Subaru Forester car models to fit an aftermarket radio upgrade. The cable adapts from the original Subaru connectors in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable.\nThis interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio. This interface will work the volume, track skip, source and telephone buttons.\nAerial Adaptor\nAn Aerial Adaptor is needed when replacing the original factory fitted head unit with an aftermarket head unit.\nMale DIN antenna adapter cable. This cable adapts from the 2015 onwards style Subaru antenna connection at the back of the cars original radio to a standard aftermarket male DIN antenna connection to allow the fitting of an aftermarket radio upgrade. The antenna connector is rectangular with a round antenna terminal inside. The antenna adapter has a loose blue wire, this needs to be connected to the antenna turn on output on the new stereo. This will turn on the original antenna amplifier in the car (If required)\nUniversal Patch Lead\nUniversal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 29- series steering wheel control interfaces. This cable plugs into the ICT control box and connects to the 3.5mm socket or single wire on the back of the new head-unit.\nThis item has loose wires and leads so it can be configured to suit the brand of radio being fitted.\nImportant Fascia Notes:\nThe fascias are made to suit industry standard sized stereos such as Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, JVC etc, NOT INCLUDING China units or unbranded units.\nChina units have a reputation to be over sized and may require modification to the fascia to allow it to fit.\nWe do not take any responsibility for China units not fitting as they are not industry standard size.\nCar Audio Fitting Accessories are sold with limited instructions. Some knowledge of car audio installation is helpful, as in some rare case \"modification\" is necessary.\nPlease make sure that is the correct Fitting Kit for your vehicle by firstly checking to see if your vehicle make, model and year is listed in the description. Secondly by checking to see if the connection & Shape in the picture listed is the same as you have in your vehicle. If in doubt please email us with your vehicle details and we will confirm what you require.",
