"description": "Complete stereo upgrade fitting kit to install a Single or Double DIN head unit and retain the original steering wheel controls in Audi A3 8P facelift (2006-2013) cars with fully amplified sound systems.\n{ vehicle_compatibility }\nPackage Includes\nFascia Adaptor Panel\nSteering Wheel Control Interface With Amplifier Turn On\nAntenna Adaptor\nUniversal patch lead (Included)\nFascia Adaptor\nThis Adaptor will convert the non din-sized aperture left after removing the factory stereo to a din size ready for head unit installation. The high quality finish, colour and texture are designed specifically to maintain the original look of your vehicles interior. A removable pocket is included for Single DIN installation.\nSteering Control Adaptor\nA stalk/steering wheel control Adaptor enables you to utilise the original factory remote audio (whether built onto steering wheel or fitted on a stalk next to the steering wheel) with an aftermarket unit.\nCar audio and steering wheel control interface for Audi cars that have quadlock connectors behind the radio and have fully amplified BOSE audio systems. This CANbus steering wheel control interface will allow you to retain the use of the steering wheel audio controls.\nGives volume, seek, source, and telephone commands to an after market radio.\nThe quadlock adapter has 4x phono pre-out connectors to integrate with the original amplifier in the car.\nThe CANbus interface will generate an ignition power supply to the new radio, via the red wire. it will also give out an illumination signal, (orange) speed pulse signal (pink), reverse gear positive output (Purple), Handbrake negative (Green) and Mute out (Yellow/Black)\nThis interface provides a CAN signal to switch on the amplifier\nAerial Adaptor\nAn Aerial Adaptor is needed when replacing the original factory fitted head unit with an aftermarket head unit.\nDouble moulded Fakra Aerial adapter cable for European cars that have amplified original antennas. Use with cars that have twin antenna both requiring power. This cable converts the cars existing ISO aerial plug to an aftermarket DIN type used by most car radio manufacturers. Will also provide a power feed to give 12 volt from the car radio to the cars amplified antenna.\nUniversal Patch Lead\nUniversal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 49 series steering wheel control interfaces.
