Shipping & Returns

Delivery Charges

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays. AM/PM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application. European customers are quoted on parcels upto a total weight of 5kg. Please request shipping charges to your respective country.

* International Order: Please note that only Paypal is accepted for international orders.

* Delivery to work address allowed as long as we receive a fax copy from your work on a company letterhead faxed to 020 7708 3818 authorising us to send the parcel to a work address as opposed to a card billing address.


Delivery Times

Delivery (stock items) will normally be next working day from clearance of payment and various security checks. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. Customers must understand that if the parcel has been sent and if no one is available to accept the delivery, Citylink will issue a non received item and in many cases the parcel will be sent back to us. This is a lot of trouble as if you want the goods resent you will be charged for a re-delivery . The items will be kept in our warehouse until paid and if a refund is needed then Dynamic Sounds can only reimburse you with the item charges only.

Risk

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.


Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carriers delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carriers delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery. Any shortages within in the delivery will have to be reported with 7 days of delivery, in writing you may fax and post.

In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.


Product Guarantees

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months unless stated otherwise.

Your goods will be repaired by an appointed repair centre by the manufacturer. Should the product develop a manufacturers fault within twelve months of your date of purchase please send the item back to us with the original receipt and all contact details including the fault. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. Should your product develop a fault within a first seven days of purchase you many return your goods for a exchange providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please note that credit card receipt or statement cannot be used as prove of purchase.


Cancellation of Orders

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit (credit note) or refund less any applicable delivery charges (all items are applicable to a 15% restocking fee). Special Order item can not be returned. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and new packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have received the delivery, your right to cancel will be revoked. The cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period.
