Just thought I would drop you a line to thank you for your excellent customer service. I ordered the item below and had selected the wrong iPod cable, someone was good enough to call me to verify I had ordered the correct item and subsequently replaced this with the correct item.
When the item arrived (very quickly), the package was missing the microphone cable for the telephone hands free, I called the store and a very helpful gentleman apologised for the inconvenience and arranged for one to be sent to be immediately, again I received this very quickly (next day).
Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service, it's a rare thing to get such a service from online orders now days and I think this is a credit to your company and its staff. I will defiantly be purchasing from yourselves in the future and will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends. |
