| | | | | | I ordered my car audio unit on Sunday. I received a text from DPD courier on the Tuesday morning which gave me the option to reschedule delivery of my order to a more convenient day in the same week.
I changed the delivery day to the Friday when I could be available to sign for the order. Again DPD text me to confirm my 1 Hour delivery time-slot. The driver phoned me to confirm the location of my house and the arrived right in the middle of the delivery time-slot.
All during this process I was kept informed with email by DPD and Dynamic Sounds Ltd. The delivery driver was friendly, very courteous and informative about my future options with regard to receiving deliveries.

Friday morning (the next day) I had received an email stating that the goods would be delivered between 8:40 and 9:40 that day. At exactly 8:40 the doorbell rang and I was amazed to be greeted by the delivery driver with my package. I am absolutely flabbergasted. I have never known such a fantastic service! I bought several items at 10:00 of the same morning from other online retailers, hours before this purchase, none of which arrived until the Saturday. Thank you so so much. I installed the stereo today and it is fantastic. I wanted to write a testimonial so that other potential customers could have faith that their purchases would be dealt with very professionally and promptly. Not only was the delivery extremely quick but the stereo I purchased was the cheapest I had been able to find on the net at almost £100 cheaper than some rival companies.
